Fab Bag November 2015 Unboxing & Review

It’s that time of the month again when I review Fab Bag. The best thing I love about Fab Bag is their bags. Of course I Ioved their makeup products too. This month I was pretty excited about Fab Bag as you got to choose a full sized skin care product of your choice. I chose Votre Intensive Brightening Masque but was disappointed when I saw it was missing in my bag. The Fab Bag team is super awesome and they shipped my product the next day! It is based on the theme “Up Your Game”. Fab bag November 2015* is priced at 599 INR per month and you can buy online HERE.

This month Fab Bag is of shiny black material and feels smooth on holding. It has chevron pattern over it that does not make it look boring! This bag is great for traveling and yes I have packed previous month’s Fab Bags for my honeymoon. This time Fab Bag team forgot to put my card that tells what products are included in the bag. It came with the products and a Fab Post! I love reading the tips and tricks from Fab Post!

Votre Intensive Brightening Masque

It is a full sized product. I was given a number of options of skin care products and I planned to choose Votre Intensive Brightening Masque. My wedding is near so I need something that brightens up my face. I am so excited to use. I will do an in-depth review of this mask later. It is priced at 490 INR and covers half of the price of beauty bag!

Seasoul Body Massage Candle

I am a huge fan of candles and own lots of them. I have never come across body massage candle and was pretty excited to find it in the bag. It smells divine and I am pretty excited to use it after my marriage *laughs*. It is priced at 300 INR for 50ml. 

Lollipops Paris Matte Concealer

It is also a full sized product and priced at 800 INR. It is more than the price of the bag so you are definitely getting more than what you are paying off. I got the shade ‘Ginger’ that I feel is darker than my skin tone. I am yet to use and will review it in detail.

Ayorma Fairness & Cell Renew Night Cream

It is a sample sized product. It does not interest me much as I have never been fan of fairness products. Amy be I will use it for my blemishes!

Vana Vidhi Rice Scrub

I got this product in May 2015 Fab Bag. I wonder why they repeated it! It is also a sample sized product. This scrub is super smooth and makes my skin super soft and smooth especially in this cold weather. 

PROS:

• You get products worth more than what you pay for.

• 3 full sized products!

• The bag is great for traveling.

• Reasonably priced.

• A perfect gift for a girl! Mind you Christmas is coming!

CONS:

• I wish there was no fairness product in the bag! But let me tell you Ayorma products are “natural”!

Overall Thoughts:

I loved November 2015 Fab Bag! Though I won’t say it is the best Fab Bag among all but I loved they included 3 full sized products this time. If you love trying new products that are sometimes difficult to find in India then I would definitely recommend it to you!

I could not believe a girl does not get tired doing shopping continuously for 7-8 hours (yes the girl is ME! *laughs*). Vegan Cuts Beauty Box comes in a cardboard box packaging. Everything arrived safe and secured at my doorstep and I was not charged any customs duty. The box comes with 1 full sized product and 3 sample sized ones. It also contains leaflets with the detailed information about the products.

I love copper bronze eye shadows and I was glad to find organic eye shadow in my beauty box. It is full sized product and worth $20 (It already covered the price of box!). It has creamy texture and looks absolutely beautiful on eyes. It contains essential oils that keep your skin nourished. I have kept in on my testing table and will review it in detail soon!

It is of sample size and is perfect for traveling. The scent is heavenly and instantly makes gives me a nice feeling. The texture of the crème is soft and smooth and gets absorbed instantly. I have oily skin and love how soft it makes my skin without giving a greasy feeling!

This is entirely a new product for me. I am a sucker of rose water and keep one in my handbag each time I step out of my house. These are cotton pads dipped in organic rose water that helps you in rejuvenating your skin with absolutely no hassles. I have saved it for my honeymoon! I am sure these will keep my skin soft and refreshed when I would have no time to take care of my skin.

It is also a sample sized product and comes in a small, cute white tub. The clay is in powder form and you need to mix it with water to form a paste. It is made from black clay and activated charcoal that draw impurities from skin and makes it clean and clear! I have oily skin and I definitely needed something like this in my life!

It is a very cute mini bath bomb with a refreshing scent. It contains baking soda and moisturizing oils that keep your skin soft and hydrated. It is vegan and not tested on animals. I am so excited to try it out on weekend!

It comes in a travel sized bottle. It is protein enriched hair spray that gives regular hold to hair. It is also great for people who have colored their hair. I have used it only once but I love how nice and tamed my hair looks. It does not contain plastic or silicones!

• Natural and organic products are included in the box.

• Totally loved the eye shadow.

Vegan Cuts Beauty Box is a superb beauty subscription box for all people who love vegan and natural products. There was not a single product that disappointed me. Vegan Cuts surprises their subscribers each time with new organic and natural products. I would happily recommend it to everyone!

I had been waiting for October Fab bag* as this month is full of festivals and I was sure this month’s Fab Bag would depict festivity. I was so true! The bag is so traditional and is perfect for this festive season. This month, the subscriber is free to choose makeup of her choice. The bag is based on the theme “Get set to celebrate” and yay I am already ready to celebrate festivals with my family and in laws! It comes with a note card that shows the products in the bag and a Fab Post which contains DIYs, festive looks and various products to pamper yourself in this festive season! This month the bag comes with 1 full sized product and 3 samples sized ones!

It is a full sized product and worth 750 INR. I totally loved the shade of the blush. I haven’t tried a blush that comes in a pump packaging so I am pretty excited to try it out. Every month Fab Bag introduces new brands and Spa Ceylon is one of them. Its products are based on Ayurveda and gives instant relief. My feet have gone all dry and rough due to weather changes and dust. I am definitely going to pamper them this weekend with this foot relief. It also contains peppermint so it will give you a lovely cooling sensation which I totally love!

I have heard a lot about this brand but never got a chance to try it out. I have way too many scrubs! Foaming face scrub reminds of Iraya Scrubbing Shower Gels. This face scrub creates lather and gently exfoliates your skin. Did I tell you it smells amazing? It is a sample sized product and came securely wrapped in a thin plastic.

Palmer’s Cocoa Butter Formula Body Lotion

Palmer’s Cocoa Butter Body Lotion needs no introduction. It has been favorite of many people worldwide. I totally loved the yummy scent and the formula of the lotion. It makes my skin super soft and moisturized. I am definitely going to buy its full version in winters to keep my skin in tip top condition!

• Totally loved the bag.

• The sample sizes are of good size. You can test the product before buying full size!

• Reasonably priced.

• Great customer service.

• Fast delivery!

• None!

Overall I am totally happy with October Fab bag. There was not a single product that disappointed me. Among all, my favorite is Makeup Revolution Blush and Palmer’s Body Lotion. I look forward to try the November Fab Bag!

I could not believe Fab Bag has completed 3 years! I have been trying their bags since the month of February and I must say they have improved A LOT! Not only they provide good products and faster delivery but fabulous bags too! Call me crazy but I LOVE their bags! I totally loved the color of 3rd Anniversary September Fab Bag*. The bag is glittery dark maroon in color that looks glam and gorgeous. My wedding is NEAR and these bags will definitely be my companion in my travels. It is a full sized product and worth Rs 550. It is a matte concealer that hides dark circles and imperfections well giving a matte effect. It is great to use in humid and hot weather. It is also a full sized product and one of THE BEST rose waters I have tried. I simply spray it on my face and my skin feels so fresh and rejuvenated. I have heard a lot about this brand but never got a chance to try out their products except from Fab Bag! It is priced at Rs 250 for 50ml and is great to carry while traveling.

I was super happy when I opened the bag and read “theBalm” on the card but the sample size instantly disappointed me! It reminded me of The Body Shop Lip & Cheek Stain (Review HERE) but with better consistency. It looks absolutely natural and fresh on lips when applied in a proper manner!

This is such a huge name! I had always wanted to try beauty elixir and Fab Bag listened to me! Just Herbs has always been my favorite brand (Their products are NATURAL!)! It is super hot here and my skin has become very oily so I look forward to trying it when the weather becomes a bit cool!

SKINN by TITAN Celeste for Women & Raw for Men

This time the brand has included two samples of perfumes. If you travel a lot you must carry these veils! I have saved a lot of perfume veils and I am definitely going to carry few for my honeymoon *smiles*.

PROS:

• Glamorous bag!

• They introduce new brands including international every month so you get to try them at such a cheap price.

• The full sized products already covered the price of bag so it is definitely worth the price.

• You get both makeup and skincare products.

• Sample sized products and bag are great for traveling.

CONS:

• None.

Overall Thoughts:

September Fab Bag is a lovely, glamorous bag that contains a mix of makeup and skincare products. It also contains perfume veils so you get to try the product before purchasing a full size! I would definitely recommend it all girls!

The BEST thing I like about the beauty subscription Fab Bag is to get new and beautiful bags! Of course I love the new brands they introduce every month but the pretty bags fascinate me a lot. I WAIT for it every month! This month Fab Bag arrived pretty soon. It is based on the theme “Cast a Spell”. It is priced at Rs 599 for a month subscription and you can buy online HERE.

Fab bag August 2015* comes in a shiny pink case that is perfect to carry in parties or functions. I particularly use these kinds of cases to carry my makeup or other accessories when I am out of town to attend some functions. There are 5 things in the bag along with a leaflet and a Fab Post. Fab Post includes all tips and tricks to make you fabulous and look like a princess (My favorite is Snow White :D). The bag contains 2 full sized products and 3 samples sized ones. I was actually surprised to see a black lipstick in my bag. I was like “Is it for Halloween festival?” but was amazed to see the swatch on my hands. It swatched as a pretty light pink on my hands and warm fuchsia on my lips. Though it has slightly weird taste when you apply it but it vanishes away after few seconds and is not bothersome at all. It has good formula and glides across my lips easily. It stays for a long time and has superb pigmentation. It is a full size product and is worth Rs 590.

It is sample sized product and comes in a small glass bottle. I have been using Argan oil for a month and I was pretty happy to try this oil from a popular US brand. If you have frizzy and dry ends like mine then you will love using it as a “leave in treatment”.

It is also a sample sized product and comes in a travel friendly spray bottle. It has refreshing and mild fragrance that is perfect to use at day time. I totally loved it and look forward to try out other variants.

It is a full sized product and is priced at Rs 125. This is a normal eyelash curler that lifts up the lashes and makes it more prominent. I have not tried it yet and if you want me to review it in detail please leave a comment below.

I was pretty happy that Fab Bag team included two samples of this SPF moisturizer. It is so difficult to judge a product by a small sample. It is great for people with oily skin and keeps skin matte. It is quite light and my makeup stays for longer time. It has SPF 30 that protects the skin from harmful rays of the sun and prevents it from ageing.

PROS:

• Gorgeous bag.

• You get 2 full sized products that are worth more than the price of the bag. 

• You got to try new brands each month.

• Contains international brands that you do not have access to.

• Reasonably priced.

CONS:

• None.

Overall Thoughts:

If you love getting surprises in a bag then I would definitely recommend you to subscribe for Fab Bag. This month’s Fab Bag is amazing too and arrived on time. There was not a single product that I disliked and I totally loved the PINK BAG.
